Uhm sir i got this items which appear on my inventory and some who arent. and i cant take them out

Its autumn sir...
but i deleted autumn already and made Avalance.
but i lost a no+ excelent brave boots + luck + dd + ref and its 2 sok
its hard to come by this and i lost it. even a exe bone blade + skill + luck + edr and inc wiz.
and the whole inventory was bugged.
i cant use half of it so i decided to make a new one

just my luck.. the second i get a Boneblade + 13+skill+l+EDR i reset and i loose it... can u plz restore it for me? nickname = Zelgius
