Those items are dropped by Kundums, which are found sometimes in arena (probably once a day) or in Kalima, a special area that you can go with collecting 5 Symbols of Kundum dropped by monsters, and the level of the monsters in this map varies from the lvl of the symbols you get, for example with +1 symbols the monsters are very weak, but with +6 or +7 the monsters are strong. Also I suggest you to get many resets so you can kill the Kundum and his ''allies'' easily.
And the staff hiring just depends of the admin., so ask him...

never got a chance to see kundun O.o

In Kalima the chances to see the Kundum are the same as in arena (once a day probably), so that might be that another person have killed it before you. Also, it will only appear with the +7 symbols, because in the other ones it will appear an Ilusion of Kundum, and that monster doesn't drops ancient items.

Kudums respawn is at 24:00(latvian time) and at 12:00 (latvian time) so basically check the GMT+ of your country

Kundun in Kalima respawns 12 hrs after you have killed it. For example, I've killed Kundun by the time 23:00 (ANY TIME ZONE), the next respawn would be 11:00(the next day), then I've killed it again by that time, so the next one again would be 23:00(11 pm ). So, for each time you killed Kundun, be sure to remember the TIME you've killed it.
