Soul Success Rate Empty Soul Success Rate

According to ragezone server ad, soul success rate was supposed to be 100% with and without luck. But I've just wasted 3 souls, because the upgrade (with luck!) failed. Can you fix it or at least update the ragezone topic?

Probably it was like that at the beggining, but the admin changed it I think cause the server wouldn't have lasted too much... Just think about it, a server with BOKs and 100% soul success rate even in the Chaos Machines would be very easy to get powerful armor sets, and many servers had this experience and didn't lasted too much...

i agree with you Master and basically that is the reason our server is more succesfull now then before Smile
