BUG at my Vault

Good day GM..

I just want to report A bug at my vault.. you see. MY excellent Bone Blade + 10 + LUCK +excellent damage + wizardy damage was stored at the upper part of my vault( i was logged on that time but my vault is closed )..Then I have other one..a + 9 + luck + excellent damage..(The other one didn't disappear )
stored at lower part of the vault

Then I've bought some chaos at the web shop.. the chaos I've bought ( that was 3 chaos) occupied 1 of the slots where my Bone Blade was placed..

So when i opened my vault the Bone Blade was Gone..even if i reconnect..still no Bone Blade was stored in the upper vault where I've placed it.. I've Tried to place the chaos that occupied the space of the bone blade at the other slots in the vault..then reconnect...But still no Bone Blade appear on my vault..

I am asking for ur help GM..

yes i know there is something wrong with webshop which we are trying to fix

Oh ok sir...so what do we need to do if we where going to buy at the webshop?..

to avoid loosing items?..

ahm just put all your items at the bottom of the bank so it wont be replaced by bought item.we are still trying to fix webshop
