Classes Equality

Well, I've seen many other servers that have this system, that makes all clases with equal chances, mainly when PKing, because currently most players wants to be a Blade Master as he can kill the rest of the other classes (you can see in Rankings), but would be good that there could be equality with every class... i like the idea..probably would cause bugs/alot of coding too be done.. i say do this after we get the current bugs fixed
